Declaration of His Excellency M. Ahmad Al-Mahmoud
Minister of State of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.
In a statement to G77 and the China press website http://www.G77-doha.org. His Excellency M. Ahmad Al-Mahmoud, Minister of state of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the G77Foreign Ministers came to an accord concerning the two documents submitted them at their meeting. The two documents are the Doha Declaration and the Doha Plan of Action.

These two documents will be published after adoption by the Heads of State and Government of the G77.
The Qatari minister added that they have discussed a certain number of issues in related to the growth in the G77 member countries and China.

His Excellency insisted on the tendency to unify the positions of the members of the group, for the preparation of the millennium summit to be held next September. The summit also aims the implementation of agreements among member countries of the group and the developed countries, and that developed countries complies to their promises.
